Privacy policy

This policy describes how Yaacov Haggiag · Law Office (the “Firm”), the database holder, collects and uses information submitted through the website, in accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981.

What information is collected

• Information you provide in the contact form: name, phone number, type of transaction and the content of your inquiry. Email and additional details are optional.
• Basic technical usage data (such as IP address) needed to secure the site and prevent automated form submissions.

Providing information in the form is voluntary and is not required by law. Without a name and phone number we will not be able to get back to you. You can also contact us by phone or email, without using the form.

How the information is used

• To get back to you and respond to your inquiry.
• To assess suitability and to manage the professional relationship between the Firm and the client.

Marketing messages

The Firm will not send you marketing messages without your prior consent, in accordance with section 30A of the Israeli Communications (Telecommunications and Broadcasting) Law, 5742-1982.

Transfer to third parties and abroad

The information is not sold and is not transferred for marketing purposes. Inquiries are sent to the Firm's mailbox through an email service provider (Resend), which acts as a data processor on behalf of the Firm solely to deliver the message. The provider and its infrastructure may be located outside Israel, including in the United States. You can avoid this transfer by contacting us by phone.

Contacting us on WhatsApp takes place through a third-party service (WhatsApp) and is subject to its terms of use and privacy policy, which are not the Firm's responsibility. We recommend not sending sensitive information in such a message.

Retention and security

Inquiries that did not develop into a professional relationship will be deleted within 12 months. Inquiries that led to an engagement will be kept in accordance with the professional obligations applicable to lawyers. The information is protected by customary measures, including encrypted transmission.

The right to access, correct and delete

You may ask to access the information kept about you, to correct it or to delete it. To do so, contact yh@adv-lawoffice.com or call us. A request will be answered as soon as possible.

Professional confidentiality

Contacting us through the website does not create an attorney-client relationship, and the Firm is not obliged to represent you. Attorney-client privilege applies from the time of engagement. Please do not send documents, ID numbers, account details or other sensitive information in the form.
